Our client is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Organizational Services Coordinator to join their team in Rockville, MD. This individual will support daily office operations and work closely with internal departments to help ensure a high level of service and administrative efficiency.

Organizational Services Coordinator

Location: Rockville, MD

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Receive, sort, scan, and electronically organize incoming correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for both digital and physical records
  • Assist with processing forms and reviewing documentation for completeness
  • Follow up regarding missing or incomplete information as needed
  • Update and maintain records within internal systems
  • Process outgoing mail and shipments
  • Support general office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating facility-related needs
  • Welcome visitors and assist with front desk coverage as needed
  • Handle incoming deliveries and distribute appropriately
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience
  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Dependable with strong follow-through and time management skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
