Required Education & Certifications (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience (REQUIRED)
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (REQUIRED)

• 2+ YEARS of Oracle HCM Cloud experience (Business Analyst / Solutions role)
• MINIMUM 2 FULL LIFE-CYCLE Oracle HCM IMPLEMENTATIONS (INCLUDING Oracle Learning Cloud)
• HANDS-ON Oracle Learning Cloud CONFIGURATION (Courses, Learning Paths, Compliance Programs)
• STRONG EXPERIENCE with HCM MODULES (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting)
• ORACLE HCM CORE INTEGRATION & DATA MIGRATION EXPERIENCE
• EXPERIENCE WITH LEARNING ASSIGNMENT RULES (Position, Department, Location-based automation)
• COMPLIANCE TRACKING (HIPAA, Joint Commission, Clinical/Regulatory Training)
• REPORTING & ANALYTICS (OTBI, dashboards, compliance tracking)
• PEOPLESOFT ENTERPRISE LEARNING MANAGEMENT (for data migration)
• USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), GAP ANALYSIS & BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS GATHERING
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Oracle Learning Cloud (Redwood experience)
• Experience in Healthcare or highly regulated environments
• Experience with certification/license tracking workflows
Job Description / Project
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to lead implementation and optimization of Oracle Learning Cloud and HCM modules within a complex, compliance-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading design workshops with HR, Workforce Development, and compliance teams
• Configuring Oracle Learning Cloud (courses, certifications, compliance programs)
• Designing automated learning assignment rules based on employee data (position, department, location)
• Managing compliance tracking for clinical and regulatory training (HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.)
• Supporting data migration from PeopleSoft Learning Management systems
• Developing dashboards and reporting (OTBI) for training compliance and performance metrics
• Leading UAT cycles, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Providing training, support, and mentorship to end users and junior analysts
Additional Requirements
• Strong stakeholder communication across HR, IT, and business units
• Ability to work in highly regulated / healthcare environments
• Experience handling large-scale enterprise implementations
