The operator trainee will be part of the production department, responsible for managing work orders and handling medical product packaging. Trainees will retrieve product types and quantities listed on work order sheets and process them on a conveyor belt system for sterilization. This role involves both loading and unloading packages, ensuring accurate placement in totes for sterilization.
Responsibilities
Employees benefit from an 11% shift premium for night shifts (10pm-6am) and a potential additional 6% raise upon receiving machine operating certification. Permanent employees enjoy quarterly bonuses ranging from $250 to $1000 based on production performance.
Work Environment
Work involves a 12-hour rotating schedule, with shifts alternating weekly. Week one consists of working Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, while week two includes Wednesday and Thursday. Employees work night shifts from 9pm to 9am.
