Manufacturing Operator – 3rd Shift

Location:
Columbus, NE

Pay Range:

$22,70/Hr.

Shift & Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

What’s the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely while meeting production and quality targets
• Perform product inspections, quality checks, and basic equipment troubleshooting
• Complete changeovers, line clearance, cleaning, and sanitizing activities
• Enter production data into SAP and MES systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts, including rework, cross-training, and downtime reduction

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with SAP, MES, and precision measuring instruments (calipers, microscopes, gauges) preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with extended hours, overtime, and weekend work
