Gras Lawn is seeking a Full-Time Operations/Production Manager in Tampa and Orlando, FL.
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all field operations. This role oversees crew performance, productivity, safety, and service quality while ensuring operational standards are consistently met.

- Supervise and support Crew Leaders to ensure effective team management and performance
- Monitor and improve labor efficiency across all field operations
- Maintain and enforce company service quality standards
- Implement and enforce all safety policies and protocols
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure successful service delivery
- Promote and sustain a strong culture of safety across all crews
