Operations Manager

Terrific Operations Manager opening with a well established, industry leading company at their new facility in La Vergne, TN. In this Monday-Friday, normal business hours, role, you will manage both employees and operations for a key division in our client's business. You will mostly work at your branch with some travel to headquarters in Virginia and customer sites as needed. Excellent prospects of further career growth as the company is growing.

Briefly:

• Starting base salary in the $85,000-95,000 range
• Target bonus of $10,000

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing people and operations in a professional setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
