This position is responsible for managing warehouse operations, order management, distribution and logistics, and volunteer coordination at the Livingston Distribution Center.

The Operations Manager works in close collaboration with the Operations functional leaders to ensure that the Livingston Distribution Center activities align with Gleaners’ operational standards, food distribution systems, and the broader Gleaners food security initiatives.
Essential duties
Qualifications
· Minimum five years’ experience in nonprofit management and administration preferred
· Experience managing volunteer groups required.
· Previous supervisory experience desirable.
· Demonstrated commitment to servant leadership managerial approach
· Bachelors’ degree in relevant field preferred
· Strong oral and written communications skills
· Familiarity with database or inventory management software preferred
