We are seeking an Operations Manager to own and execute the company’s operational backbone across Shopify, CRM, inventory, and fulfillment. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across all sales and operational processes.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who is systems-driven and comfortable managing data, workflows, and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Shopify backend, including product setup, inventory, and order processing
• Maintain and optimize CRM systems (Pipedrive, Copper, or similar), ensuring accurate data and pipeline tracking
• Lead and support the rollout of CRM systems, including data migration, pipeline setup, and workflow implementation
• Oversee order fulfillment and shipping logistics, including coordination with couriers and partners
• Manage inventory tracking and reconciliation across systems
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data, pricing, and SKUs
• Build and improve operational workflows and processes
• Support sales, production, and marketing teams with operational needs
• Generate basic reports on sales, inventory, and operations performance
Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or sales operations
• Strong experience with Shopify (required)
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Copper, Salesforce, or similar)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (a plus)
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes, wholesale operations, or order management (a plus)
• Experience managing inventory and fulfillment processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and systems
• Based in NYC, with ability to work in-person 4 days/week
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $75,000
