SUMMARY

Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of Office Administration, Procurement, configuration management, information systems, facilities, Environmental Lab, Security and manufacturing (fabrication and assembly). Prepare and implement “standard” operational procedures as defined by the executive management. Oversee quality assurance efforts defined by executive management to meet programmatic needs. Provide advice to executive management on needs and shortcomings that affect efficient operation and growth of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the President with the evaluation process of corporate issues
  • Provide strategic leadership in determining and prioritizing objectives
  • Develop polices, identify ends/outcomes for the company
  • Advises on and leads policy development
  • Ensure the corporate policies are relevant and up to date
  • Adheres to the established roles of a policy
  • Guardian of the organization’s values
  • Committed to and understands the purpose, policies and programs of the corporation
  • Participates in issues resolution and promotes the benefits and values of the company
  • Provide for and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assists in developing and managing operational budgets.
  • Manage personnel, performance issues, disciplinary measures, and the evaluation of subordinates.
  • Ensures the appropriate training of staff and effective, efficient work management.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a quality system that meets the requirements of a diverse product.
  • Secretary of ESPP Committee- Process ESPP deductions and payments for Participating Employees, create quarterly statements


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience (MSME preferred)
  • Knowledge of PC and/or Workstation based tools relevant to operational management.
