We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Texas office. This role will act as the central point of coordination between field operations, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring the office runs efficiently and supports our growing workforce. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable taking ownership of both administrative and operational responsibilities.
This is a full-time, salaried onsite role that requires daily in-office presence and close collaboration with both office and field operations teams.
