Operations Manager

On-Site Manager

4:30am-1:30pm

*MUST be flexible with hours working - will work 40 hours weekly

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage on-site workers
• Coordinate onboarding and trainings
• Support employees and act as the onsite point of contact

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous managerial experience

Required Skills

• Strong people skills – you enjoy building connections
• Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite

Pay range and compensation package

Pay: $55k/year + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life/accidental insurance, PTO)
