Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Managing day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, cycle counting, and shipping.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels across channels using advanced WMS for accuracy, reducing stockouts and excessive inventory carrying costs.
• Partner Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, providing visibility into order status and inventory accuracy.
• Performance Metrics: Analyzing KPIs to improve logistics processes and drive efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring the facility meets all safety regulations and federal and state compliance standards.

Core Competencies & Tools

• Technology: Proficient in WMS, barcode scanning, and warehouse technology maintenance.
• Logistics Expertise: Knowledge of inventory management, carrier optimization, and supply chain operations.
• Team Leadership: Training and managing warehouse personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field
• 5+ years’ experience in operations management
