Candidates must have multi-site dental operations executive leadership experience.


The VP of Operation / COO will be working with the Senior Management Team and will report directly to the CEO. The reviews and analyzes the business operations for the company. The VP of Operation / COO will provide feedback and action plans to company directors and Regional Managers, with responsibility for managing all functions essential to operational excellence. These include P&L management, planning, reporting, productivity management, patient treatment optimization, operational programs implementation, creating and building highly effective teams and ensuring the very best patient care, supervises processes and review all company legal agreements and documents, marketing research, market share growth, development, implementation and maintenance of strategic partnerships. The VP of Operation / COO helps in administrative and operational aspects including fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a patient centric environment, patient satisfaction, employee relations, strategic planning and daily tactical activities.


The function of the VP of Operation / COO position is to oversee all aspects of the organization, but not limited to:


Operations


• Guide and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop a comprehensive strategy while providing the highest level of operational leadership to ensure execution of the group’s business plan.

• Ability to create short and long-term strategic plans and annual operating and financial plans and forecasts, while delivering strong results against the plan.

• Establish operational standards for productivity while maintaining quality, cost control, waste reduction and safety.

• Ability to establish and maintain systems and departments for measuring critical aspects of operational management and development, including its impact on P&L outcomes.


Marketing/ Call center


• Oversee the development of marketing and patient outreach materials.

• Implement programs designed to retain existing patients as well as obtain new patients.

• Developing a new approach for B to B marketing and training the marketing team. • Establish call center with all required technological components and productivity measures.

• Help recruit and train internal/external call Center department.


Growth

• Assist in the development and organic growth strategy of the business, including all aspects of site development, acquisitions and expanded services.

• Locate, negotiate lease/buy and supervise development of Denovo offices.


Accounting/Billing

• Be accountable for office level, regional and overall business P&L’s.

• Supervise and Audit accounting department.

• Add accrual base accounting for better understanding of our business Accounts Receivables.

• Help to establish internal billing Department and System, with all the required productivity matrices.


HR/Culture

• Partner with One 4 Smile LLC doctors to develop a dentist career path to drive lower doctor turnover and a more comprehensive doctor recruiting structure.

• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical management team. This includes competencies to attract, recruit and retain required regional as well as office managers.

• Provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program for professional staff.

• Help build and lead an operational culture of accountability, quality patient care, integrity and hard work, with a strong emphasis on financial performance.

• Possess the core values of the brand and corporation. Strong integrity and truly care about delivering a high-quality experience to patients, providers, customers and shareholders.

• Develop and implement an efficient – streamline, technology enabled hiring process

• Supervise creating company training modules.


Technology


• Develop, train and monitor any new departments and processes that help improve efficiency while being able to maintain company leadership in the competitive market.

• Recognize and implement technology to operations.
