Operational Excellence Project Manager (9-12 Month Contract)

On‑Site | High‑Growth Distribution Environment

A rapidly expanding organization in the healthcare and medical device distribution space is building the operational foundation needed for its next stage of growth and is seeking a hands‑on Operational Excellence Project Manager to lead the transformation.

This is a high‑impact contract role where you’ll build processes, implement systems, drive adoption, and leave behind durable capability across the entire operation.

What You’ll Do

• Map and document O2C and P2P workflows
• Build RACI frameworks and accountability structures
• Lead 6S implementation and workplace organization
• Develop a full EH&S program
• Create KPI dashboards and root cause processes
• Drive disciplined WMS/ERP/TMS adoption
• Train internal owners and transfer long‑term capability

What You Bring

• 8–12+ years in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, or Warehousing
• Strong experience building programs from scratch
• Hands‑on 6S/5S, EH&S, and SOP development background
• WMS/ERP/TMS adoption and change‑management experience
• KPI design, data structure, and dashboarding skills (Power BI a plus)
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; PMP a differentiator
