Role Description
JBA Equities LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the firm’s day-to-day business, financial, and administrative operations. This role sits at the center of the organization, working closely with leadership to ensure efficient execution across finance, transactions, investor relations, and internal operations.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of managing high-level initiatives while also executing on detailed operational tasks in a fast-paced real estate investment environment.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in administration, operations, or real estate-related roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and basic accounting principles
• Experience in commercial real estate or investment environments preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software tools
