Role Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily management and execution of operational tasks to ensure seamless delivery of CrowdSync's event technology solutions. Responsibilities include project planning, traveling to events, resource allocation, process improvement, and team coordination to optimize organizational performance. The Operations Manager will collaborate with various teams to meet client objectives, maintain high-quality standards, and comply with timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY.

Compensation: $55,000-$60,000.


Qualifications

  • Project Management and Process Optimization: Strong organizational skills in project planning, workflow improvement, and time management to ensure efficiency and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and coordinate resources effectively across departments.
  • Technical Competencies: Familiarity with event technology, such as RFID, NFC, and LED wearable systems, is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and implement effective strategies under tight deadlines.
  • Communication and Client Relations: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; prior experience in operations or event management is preferred.
