We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations.

Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and operational processes across the company. This position supports accounting functions, vendor management, payroll processing, quoting, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial supply environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Administration

  • Process accounts payable and pay company bills in a timely manner
  • Manage payroll processing and maintain payroll records
  • Complete and submit credit applications
  • Maintain financial and vendor documentation

Vendor & Administrative Support

  • Complete new vendor setup paperwork and maintain vendor files
  • Coordinate custom PPE orders with vendors and customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes

Operations & Sales Support

  • Assist with customer quotes and order processing
  • Support inventory tracking and management
  • Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, office administration, or operations support (industrial or distribution experience preferred)
  • Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); ERP or accounting software experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an industrial supply, distribution, or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with quoting processes and inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
