Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Onsite Service Specialist to join their team. As a Onsite Service Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting customer service and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Onsite Service Specialist

Location: Waunakee, WI

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

  • Assist in customer order placement, quoting, sourcing, and identification processes
  • Manage Cost Savings Statistics by collecting, logging, and analyzing data
  • Oversee MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including vendor-managed inventory and storeroom management programs
  • Determine sourcing strategies for key customer projects in collaboration with the Category Team
  • Participate in customer plant and production meetings, supporting strategic initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma events

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency with Windows computers and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with AS400 (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
