What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clinics, and healthcare providers

• Handle product orders, service issues, and account inquiries

• Educate patients and customers on products, usage, and delivery timelines

• Support the sales team with order processing, tracking, and follow-up

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages with urgency and professionalism

• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining HIPAA compliance

• Document all interactions in CRM/EMR systems

• Partner with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing) to ensure a seamless experience

• Monitor open orders and backorders, ensuring timely follow-up and fulfillment


What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or dispatching experience

• Experience handling high-volume calls, emails, and/or chats

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with CRM or EMR systems preferred

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required


Work Environment

• Office-based role

• Moderate noise (calls, meetings, computer audio)

• Extended time working at a computer

• Regular, reliable attendance required
