Serve as the subject matter expert and primary coordinator for provider integration within the health service organization.
Lead onboarding and transition activities for physicians and medical practices, ensuring a seamless integration experience while fostering strong relationships between providers, hospital leadership, and administrative teams.
Provide project management oversight for physician and practice transitions and support operational readiness across ambulatory services.
Coordinate and facilitate the successful integration of newly hired physicians, providers joining through practice acquisitions, and providers entering new practice locations.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships between physicians, hospital leadership, administrative teams, and operational stakeholders.
Manage onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative departments to ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact onboarding or transition activities.
Monitor progress, communicate status updates to stakeholders, and maintain appropriate documentation throughout the onboarding process.
Support organizational initiatives related to provider integration, practice acquisitions, and operational transitions.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field required.
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in a supervisory role required.
Experience coordinating provider onboarding, physician relations, healthcare operations, project management, or practice integration preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
Knowledge of healthcare operations, physician practice management, and ambulatory services preferred.
