Office Operations Supervisor

Oversees office operations, facilities management, and vendor services, including budgeting, maintenance, and safety compliance. Provides administrative support to Exploration Operations and Drilling teams, helping maintain efficient and organized daily operations.


Job Duties & Responsibilities


• Develop and oversee office budget management and reporting.

• Oversee and evaluate any office construction or improvement activities to ensure alignment with design requirements and safety standards.

• Oversee vendor partnerships supporting office operations, including plant maintenance, safety equipment services, coffee service, carpet cleaning, and document disposal.

• Schedule and coordinate recurring services in partnership with property management and vendors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all office and building related issues, addressing service requests, equipment concerns and implementing corrective actions.

• Ensure accurate receipt, coding, and timely payment of all invoices for office-related services.

• Maintain and update the Apache Calendar with facility-related events and announcements, collaborating with Public Relations to communicate planned activities and post notifications throughout the office.

• Coordinate staff training with designated Safety Coordinators and Floor Wardens on CenterPoint building emergency preparedness plans and evacuation procedures to ensure safety and compliance.

• Administer day-to-day administrative functions for Exploration Operations and Drilling management and staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense processing, records management, and supply procurement.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of local and corporate special events.

• Essential knowledge of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing

• Knowledge of safety protocols, security practices, building maintenance, and emergency preparedness


Education


• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Bachelor’s degree preferred


Experience


• 20+ of experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
