We have a fast paced AI company in Mountain View, CA seeking an Office Manager to start ASAP!


This role would start-out Part Time (10am-3pm daily) but would move into full-time hours in the future.


This role is Temp To Hire!

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll be the face of the office—creating a welcoming environment for visitors while supporting day-to-day operations across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming office experience
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, mail, and facilities coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and office logistics
  • Partner with vendors and service providers to support office needs
  • Support team meetings, events, and occasional office activities
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and functionality of shared spaces
  • Assist with special projects and provide general administrative support as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and Navan (or similar platforms)


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Onsite role (in-office presence required)
  • Part-time schedule: approximately 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Flexibility to support occasional overtime, events, or team activities as needed
  • Ability to lift and move light office supplies when necessary
