We don’t build average teams.
And we’re intentional about the people we bring into this firm.
Kelley | Uustal is a high-performance, highly reputable plaintiff-side catastrophic injury law firm based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With approximately 40 employees (and growing), we are building the infrastructure to support expansion into new states while preserving the culture that defines us: accountability, compassion, and excellence.
We are hiring an execution-focused Office Manager to work directly with our Chief of Staff.
This role sits at the intersection of HR and day-to-day operations.

The Role
Strengthen and execute HR and operational systems that support our people, protect the firm, and reinforce day-to-day consistency.
You will be expected to bring solutions, not just identify issues.

Initially, this role is execution-heavy. Over time, there is opportunity to help streamline, systematize, and maintain the processes that support both HR and office operations.
