Office Manager ($90k-$100k)


Global hospitality firm is seeking a driven Office Manager to spearhead operations in a beautiful new office in West LA.


The chosen candidate will serve as the sole admin for the office and represent the firm with professionalism to C-suite executives and guests.


Duties:

  • Answering calls and emails
  • Greeting executives and clients
  • Managing the conference room calendar
  • Scheduling and setting up for meetings
  • Ordering supplies and handling catering for meetings
  • Overseeing office inventory
  • Handling budgets and expenses
  • Liaising with the building
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects


This is a fully onsite position, onsite M-F from 8am-5pm.


Firm will offer a strong base salary ($90k-100k, DOE), bonus, great benefits, and an array of other perks.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
  • High level of organization and professionalism
  • Team player, "no task is too small" mentality
  • Ability to lead the implementation of policies and procedures
