Role Description

Currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily studio operations and support e-commerce fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured settings, is process-driven, and keeps both physical and digital environments efficient and running smoothly.


Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily upkeep of the studio, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate end-to-end styling pulls for accurate tracking and quality garment returns.
  • Pack and ship e-commerce orders, including label creation/printing and handling logistics.
  • Manage inventory across all styles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date stock levels for e-commerce platforms and backend systems
  • Utilize tools to track tasks, monitor progress, record keep, and sustain organization.
  • Build and refine existing practices that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Document processes clearly using SOP’s/decks that reflect brand aesthetics and support future team growth and onboarding.
  • Handle routine office ad-hoc for uninterrupted business productivity. 


Qualifications

  • Experience managing a physical space; prior keyholder responsibilities strongly preferred.
  • Expert communications and professionalism internally and in client-facing scenarios.
  • Detail-oriented, adept organizational skills with a systematic mindset.
  • Thorough proficiency with inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
  • Vast working knowledge of digital tools (ex: Notion or similar, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe) and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Proactive in identifying problem areas and offering impactful solutions.
  • Agile pivoting for tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimum need for direction.
  • Perform consistently at both strategic and operational levels.


Compensation

$22-24 hourly compensation based on experience; range of 25-30 hours weekly.

Extended hours available according to business needs.


Location

On-site in New York, NY, 10016. Monday-Friday.
