Temporary Office Assistant (Onsite) – Seattle, WA

Contract | 2 months (potential Temp‑to‑Hire)

Pay: $23.65–$26.01/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Seattle, WA (In Office)


LHH is working with a well‑established law firm is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to support its Seattle office. This role plays a key part in day‑to‑day office operations, reception, and conference center coordination within a professional legal environment. The position is initially temporary with the potential to convert to permanent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors; manage reception and deliveries
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and catering
  • Support office services including mail, supplies, copying, and vendor coordination
  • Assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff with administrative tasks and projects
  • Serve as a liaison with building management for basic office needs
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm matters

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Additional Details:

  • Parking is anticipated to be provided (confirmation pending)
  • Fully onsite; reliable and regular attendance required
