Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

- Maintain office organization and assist with supply inventory
- Support internal teams with projects and day-to-day operations
- Greet visitors and ensure a positive front office experience
- Perform other clerical and support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
