Invision Contracting is an Arizona-based commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements, restaurant buildouts, and interior commercial projects. We focus on fast, organized, high-quality work that helps brokers, property managers, and business owners move projects forward efficiently.


ROLE:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is responsible for keeping financials organized, projects on track, and communication flowing between clients, subcontractors, and vendors.


You’ll play a key role in helping the company stay organized and operate efficiently as we continue to grow.


DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractor bids, managing invoicing and accounts receivable, assisting with AIA draw requests, supporting payroll and basic tax coordination, and maintaining organized project documentation.


You’ll also manage QuickBooks Online, track project deadlines, and help ensure communication between all parties stays clear and consistent.


This is a hands-on role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in construction or familiarity with general contracting workflows
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with invoicing, payroll, or bookkeeping
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
