Job Description:

Superior Air Management is accepting applications for a full-time office manager for our office located on St. Simons Island. This position will require a minimum of 5 years of office management experience. Tasks will include scheduling, billing, issuing Purchase Orders, placing order for parts and equipment, keeping detailed job cost and job hours through our dispatching and GPS software. No remote work accepted. 


Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of Quick Books
  • Good communication skills with both customers & employees
  • Dispatching
  • Scheduling
  • Knowledge of any mechanical trades is a plus.
