Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

Georgia Home Health Services is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing home health team. This role focuses on helping patients maintain independence and improve daily function in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home setting
• Focus on ADLs, mobility, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home exercises
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Georgia
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
