Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Sunnyvale, CA. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in home health settings regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new region.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Home health experience required. Previous experience providing in-home evaluations and skilled home health therapy preferred.
  • Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records and complete outcome measures for home health cases.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory, including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, and neighboring cities.
  • Current immunizations and ability to meet client-specific screening or onboarding requirements as requested.

  • Shift Details: Flexible hours Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Schedule: 5x8, typical business-day visit schedule
  • Territory Coverage: San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City and neighboring communities as needed
