In this role, you will:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient needs
Facilitate activities of daily living to prevent further restrictions of function
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned consistent with skills and training

Requirements:

Need 1 year experience in setting
Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
