Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring Springfield, OH.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
  • Experience with Net Health and PCC EMR platforms preferred.
  • Productivity expectations: 85% for OT, 90–92% for COTA. This is a client requirement.
  • OT or COTA candidates will be considered. COTA is preferred by the client.

Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility on a large campus with an attached assisted living facility.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Schedule: Flexible days; facility will consider 5x8 or 4x10 schedules.
  • EMR: Net Health and PCC.
  • Client staffing model: Primarily SNF coverage. Current staff includes full-time OT Monday–Friday, an additional full-time OT from another location twice weekly, and PRN support. There are three full-time PTAs and a full-time SLP.
