Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in a home health setting in Lancaster, OH.


Minimum Requirements

  • Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. (Minimum education requirement: Associates Degree.)
  • Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license required prior to the start of the assignment.
  • Minimum one year of home health Occupational Therapy experience required.
  • Experience with HCHB documentation required.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Client-preferred: Lymphedema therapy experience is helpful.
  • Must be able to perform Start of Care, evaluations, recertifications, and treatment visits in a home health environment.

  • Facility type: Home Health.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift details: Days 0800-1600.
  • Typical weekly hours: 40 (weekly guarantee indicated).
  • Coverage areas: Fairfield, Perry, and Hocking counties.
  • Mileage reimbursement between patient visits is provided.
  • Dress code: Scrubs.
