About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client-friendly Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our firm. In a fast-paced law firm environment, you will be the first point of contact for clients and the go-to person for internal team support.


This is not just an administrative role - you will help shape firm processes, support our growing team, and ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our attorneys can focus on practicing law.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Phone Management
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee requests, questions, and concerns
  • Help draft, refine, and maintain the firm’s Employee Handbook
  • Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Organize and maintain Dropbox folders with a clear, consistent file naming and version control system
  • Ensure original documents are properly stored, logged, and retrievable
  • Keep the office clean, organized, and professional at all times, manage office supplies inventory
  • Other tasks as assigned by Managing Partner


What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years in office management or administrative role (law firm or professional services preferred)
  • Language: Fluent in English required (Mandarin Chinese preferred)
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with Dropbox, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and comfortable learning new tools
  • Soft Skills: Extremely organized, calm under pressure, strong phone etiquette, and a “no task is too small” attitude
  • Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and trustworthy


Compensation

Salary: $45,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)


Discretionary performance-based bonus
