As a Nurse Educator, you won’t just train, you’ll shape the future of care delivery across a rapidly growing national franchise network. You’ll guide new teams, support spa openings, and help medical professionals build confidence, consistency, and excellence in everything they do.
What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Lead the Learning Experience
- Deliver dynamic, hands-on training in IV therapy, vitamin infusions, and clinical protocols
- Facilitate both classroom-style and real-world training environments
- Create and evolve training materials that elevate how we teach and learn
🚀 Be Part of New Spa Openings
- Travel nationwide to support soft openings and on-site team training
- Coach franchise partners and their medical teams through launch readiness
- Ensure every location opens with confidence and clinical excellence
🧠 Drive Clinical Excellence
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IV therapy, compounding, and wellness services
- Support rollout of new services, protocols, and operational initiatives
- Stay ahead of evolving regulations and best practices across multiple states

Work Environment
This is an in-office role based in Colorado Springs, with up to 50% travel.
- Your first few weeks will be spent in-office for onboarding and training
- Ongoing expectations include monthly in-office presence and travel to franchise locations
What You Bring
Required:
- Active RN or Paramedic license (compact license preferred)
- Strong IV skills and clinical foundation
- Experience training, coaching, or educating others
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with instructional design or LMS platforms
- Knowledge of USP <797> and OSHA standards
- Experience in multi-site or franchise environments

- 💰 Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
