Nurse Director Emergency Department

Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Director Emergency Department! Sign On Bonus and Full Relocation!

Provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the Emergency Services. Accountable for designing and implementing innovative programs, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care across the continuum. Collaborate with providers, staff, and leadership to elevate clinical performance and patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Alabama RN license (or eligible for licensure).
• A minimum of 5 years’ progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships team
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in acute care settings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance-improvement initiatives.
• BLS and ACLS required (or obtained within a defined timeframe)
