Project Manager – Creative Operations & Retail Design

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $55/hour W2


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale retail design and creative operations initiatives for a globally recognized consumer brand. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept and design through execution, store opening, and post-launch support.


The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail store design, creative production, and project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage complex timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead retail design and creative operations projects from planning through execution and store opening.

• Drive project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, marketing, brand, operations, and external vendors.

• Manage project communications and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Support retail store redesigns, brand experience initiatives, and large-scale rollout programs.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

• Maintain project documentation, resource plans, and reporting processes.


Required Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience within Creative Operations, Retail Design, Brand Experience, or Store Development environments.

• Experience managing projects on the design or build side of retail store development.

• Proven experience driving projects from design through execution and store opening.

• Experience serving as a Creative Producer or Project Manager supporting retail design initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience partnering with global teams across multiple regions.

• Experience supporting store redesigns, retail rollouts, or brand experience programs for large consumer-facing brands.

• Previous experience within retail, apparel, footwear, sporting goods, luxury retail, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of retail environments, customer experience, and creative workflows.
