Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a bilingual Night Shift Supervisor in Leominster MA - and condensed 3-day workweek! This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prefers a condensed 3-day work week.
This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can supervise production employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and keep operations running smoothly during overnight production hours.
Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience + excellent benefits
Schedule
This position follows a unique overnight schedule:
- Thursday: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM, then 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Friday
- Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Saturday
- Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Sunday
This is considered a 3-day workweek, with Thursday serving as an extended split shift day.
Responsibilities
- Supervise production employees and temporary staff during overnight operations
- Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met
- Monitor productivity, staffing levels, and machine performance
- Assign work and coordinate staffing based on production needs
- Troubleshoot production and workflow issues in real time
- Enforce safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
- Conduct shift hand-offs and communicate updates with management
- Support employee training, cross-training, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with production schedules, staffing coordination, and safety standards
