Night Auditor (Part-time/3rd shift)

Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part -time Night Auditor two nights per week to join our team in College Corner, OH. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations by balancing accounting records and providing excellent service to our overnight guests.

This position is 3rd shift - 11pm - 7am (or similar shift)

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions and generating reports.
• Check-in and check-out guests during overnight hours with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of hotel activities during the night shift.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor security and safety procedures throughout the property overnight.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with basic accounting and hotel management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
