General SummarynnAs a Network Engineer you will be tasked with developing and managing our network infrastructure to support business operations and objectives. This includes configuring network devices, ensuring network security, and optimizing performance to meet the Bank’s requirements.nnPrincipal Duties and Responsibilitiesnn1. Install all new routers, switches, and wireless APs for network infrastructure.n2. Manages the Network Access Control solution (802.1x authentication).n3. Manages day-to-day network infrastructure consisting of routers, switches, MPLS and SD-WAN networks, wireless, network access control, and network monitoring tools.n4. Perform troubleshooting analysis for network related issues.n5. Follow change control procedures for effective risk mitigation.n6. Requires a thorough knowledge of networking design and protocols.n7. Strong analytical abilities.n8. Provide support to the IT Helpdesk and internal clients as needed.nnAssociated DutiesnnProvides additional support to manager and department colleagues.nCompletes all assigned/required Bank training within established timelines.nnKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) RequirednnThe following KSAs are usually acquired through college education with specialized emphasis in network systems and three to five years LANS/WANS experience.nn1. Certifications: CCNA or CCNPn2. Networking: Switches, Routers, Servers, Cables, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, OSPF, and BGP.nnEducationnnBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology required. Relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Limited travel in the Tallahassee area will be needed from time to time to support branch locations and troubleshoot network issues onsite. Cisco ISE is nice to have as well.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
