Network Administrator

We are seeking a Network Administrator who will be responsible for the security, stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services by administrating, and troubleshooting local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs) across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot & support networking concepts and protocols.
• Maintain the company’s in-house IP telephony voice communication architecture and its associated network connections and component hardware.
• Configure and optimize VoIP/IP-PBX telephone systems and services.
• Work with Cisco routing and switching platforms.
• Manage assigned tickets to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct firewall rule changes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of professional network administration experience.
• Solid proficiency with network protocols.
• Experience working with network security components such as firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and IPS/IDS.
• Hands on experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting on Cisco routing, switching, and security platforms.
