Current NAS 410 Level III certification in Immersion Ultrasonic Testing (IUT).
Extensive experience performing immersion ultrasonic inspections on aerospace components and assemblies.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to develop, review, revise, and maintain inspection procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers, OEM representatives, and cross-functional internal teams.
Flexibility to work varying schedules and extended hours as needed to support production demands, customer requirements, and operational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of IRT and Matec immersion ultrasonic scanning systems.
Experience supporting major aerospace OEM programs, including Pratt & Whitney, General Electric (GE Aerospace), and Rolls-Royce.
Demonstrated experience with new part introduction (NPI), qualification, validation, and first-article inspection activities.
Familiarity with OEM documentation submission portals, technical reporting requirements, and direct customer communication processes.
Proven ability to provide technical support and interface directly with OEM engineering and quality representatives to resolve inspection and qualification-related issues.
