As part of the JPMorgan Wealth Management National Field Finance Analytics team, you will partner across JPMorgan Wealth Management and the broader Consumer & Community Banking organization to analyze, interpret, and present recommendations that turn analysis into action and measurable results.

As a National Field Finance Vice President in the JPMorgan Wealth Management National Field Finance Analytics team, you will support the Chase Wealth Management CEO, Home Office and Field leadership teams, and a field organization of over 5,000 advisors with data‑proven insights and recommendations that support our strategic objectives of scale and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Diagnose performance at the firm-, advisor-, and client-level to identify drivers and opportunities that advance strategic objectives of scale and productivity
  • Provide executive‑ready insights on advisor staffing, field management structure, and coverage model productivity and profitability to guide investment decisions
  • Translate complex financial and behavioral data into concise narratives and recommendations for the CEO, Home Office, and Field Leadership
  • Design and assess experiments and pilots (e.g., A/B tests, regional rollouts, holdouts) to measure the impact of initiatives on business outcomes 
  • Build and evolve performance frameworks and dashboards that emphasize decision‑useful KPIs and OKRs
  • Conduct ad‑hoc and scenario analyses for high‑priority financial and strategic questions, and be comfortable managing ambiguity and short turnaround times
  • Prepare executive‑level materials and present insights and recommendations in leadership forums across senior management and Field Leadership.
  • Coordinate with offshore partners to improve weekly analytics deliverables and business reviews, focusing on insights, outcomes 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 6+ years of relevant Financial Services experience with an analytics background
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; ability to turn quantitative analysis into clear executive materials and narratives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; able to tailor to Field, Finance, and Executive Management; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic; thrives in fast‑paced, results‑oriented environments; able to multi‑task and learn quickly under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills; proven ability to conduct rigorous analysis and produce decision‑ready insights and, where needed, reporting

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced analytics: strong SQL; Python or R preferred for data wrangling, modeling, and automation; experience with experiment design (A/B testing, holdouts), causal inference (difference‑in‑differences, propensity scores), forecasting and time‑series, segmentation and clustering, LTV and propensity modeling, funnel and conversion analytics
  • Visualization and BI: Tableau preferred; Power BI a plus; ability to design decision‑useful dashboards and executive views. Strong knowledge of Access remains a plus
  • Experience in Wealth Management and familiarity with advisor coverage models and field organizations
  • Background in Financial Analysis, Business Management, or Data Analytics, with demonstrated impact on sales productivity and client growth
  • Measurement and governance: comfort with KPI/OKR design, test‑and‑learn frameworks, and partnership with Data & Analytics and control teams

Final Job Grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting. This role does not provide relocation assistance, so all candidates must be local to the work locations listed in the job posting or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiring. Candidates must be able to work in our offices full-time (5 days). The specific details and timing will be determined and communicated by direct management.
