Own P&L and drive revenue growth across key accounts (Whole Foods, Sprouts, Vitamin Shoppe, and emerging specialty retailers) through distribution gains, shelf expansion, and velocity improvements.
Develop and execute joint business plans, including annual planning, promotions, innovation launches, and category reviews.
Build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers, leading credible, insight-driven selling conversations grounded in product and category expertise.
Expand presence in the natural and specialty channel by identifying new distribution opportunities and optimizing distributor partnerships (UNFI, KeHE).
Analyze sales and market data (SPINS, POS, distributor reporting) to identify trends, close gaps, and drive continuous growth in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile
4–7 years of national account management experience in CPG, with strong success in natural/specialty channels; supplements or wellness experience preferred.
Proven experience managing key retailers (e.g., Whole Foods, Sprouts, Vitamin Shoppe) and working with UNFI/KeHE.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and compelling selling stories.
Self-starter with an ownership mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
