Videographer & Multimedia Producer
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Salary: 60k - 80k (DOE)
Duration: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

A leading brand in the retail space is seeking a Videographer & Multimedia Producer to join its in-house creative team. This is a hands-on role focused on concepting, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video and photo content across digital, social, and in-store channels.
You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life through compelling, social-first storytelling while collaborating closely with marketing, design, and content teams.
You Will:
- Lead end-to-end video and photo production (concept to shoot to edit to delivery)
- Create engaging short- and long-form content for social, campaigns, and in-store experiences
- Develop motion graphics, audio, and visual storytelling aligned to brand standards
- Partner cross-functionally to execute creative strategies and campaigns
- Support production planning (mood boards, call sheets, talent direction, location scouting)
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
You Have:
- 4+ years of video production + photography experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing video, motion, and multimedia work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Experience with video equipment, lighting, and sound design
- Strong storytelling, editing, and creative direction skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
