What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing multiple units/venues within the concept
- Leading a turnaround initiative, improving operations, culture, and overall performance
- Developing and mentoring General Managers and leadership teams
- Driving guest experience, service standards, and consistency across all locations
- Managing P&L, labor, and operational efficiencies
- Building strong team culture with a focus on accountability and growth
- Partnering with ownership on strategy, execution, and long-term success
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Multi-Unit GM or Director within full-service casual or premium dining
- Strong track record in team development and people leadership
- Experience in turnaround or transformation environments
- KNOW food trends and keeps up to date with NYC scene
- Hands-on, visible leader who leads from the floor - not the office
- Strong business acumen across P&L, labor, and operations
- High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced NYC environment
