We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with deep expertise in Dell Boomi to design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in an iPaaS environment, has hands-on experience with MuleSoft as a secondary platform, and understands modern cloud architectures. You will work cross-functionally to connect applications, automate data flows, and ensure robust, scalable integrations across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Design & Development
- Design and build end-to-end integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere (primary platform).
- Develop and maintain integration flows, connectors, and APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as a secondary tool.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable integration patterns.
- Build and expose RESTful and SOAP APIs; manage API lifecycle and versioning.
- Implement data transformation, mapping, and validation across multiple formats (JSON, XML, EDI, CSV, flat files).
Cloud & Architecture
- Architect and deploy integrations on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including cloud-native services (e.g., Lambda, Event Grid, Pub/Sub).
- Design event-driven and microservices-based integration patterns.
- Ensure integrations align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Leverage iPaaS capabilities for hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity.
Operations & Quality
- Monitor integration performance, diagnose failures, and implement proactive alerting.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to integration development standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all integration solutions, including data dictionaries and flow diagrams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business analysts, architects, and development teams to gather integration requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
- Communicate integration status, risks, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in integration development.
- Proven expertise with Dell Boomi AtomSphere, process building, connectors, Atom management, and Boomi Flow.
- Working knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Design Center, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and web services standards.
- Experience integrating cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (JavaScript, Groovy, Python, or Java).
- Solid grasp of data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, EDI (X12/EDIFACT).
- Familiarity with integration patterns: pub/sub, request-reply, batch processing, event streaming.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dell Boomi Professional or Architect certification.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD), Level 1 or higher.
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event streaming/messaging platforms.
- Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday integrations.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security best practices.
- Familiarity with Terraform or other IaC tools for cloud resource provisioning.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
