OVERVIEW OF THIS ROLE

This position provides physical effort to accomplish a variety of manual tasks and advanced-level equipment operation. Operates mobile equipment to accomplish transportation, maintenance or construction tasks.

Two years of experience in mobile equipment operations.

Job Duties:

  • Operates heavy motorized equipment including, but not limited: dozers, tandem dump trucks, loaders, bobcats, backhoes, excavators, mulchers, graders and other specialized equipment to support a variety of operations under the jurisdiction of the Authority, etc.

  • Assists mechanic with minor repairs to equipment as required, including disassembling and reassembling parts, lubricating and fueling equipment. etc.

  • Performs a wide variety of physical labor functions, such as moving, loading and unloading materials, supplies and equipment.

  • Operates motorized equipment including 15' grass cutting tractors, mott tractors, other motorized equipment to support operations under the jurisdiction of the Authority, etc.

Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualification and experience.
