We are hiring a skilled MIG Welder for a 1st, 2nd and weekend shift opportunity in South metro. This role is ideal for a welder who takes pride in quality work and wants steady hours, overtime opportunities, and long‑term stability with a growing company.

If you have experience MIG welding, reading blueprints, and working in a fabrication environment, we want to hear from you.

• MIG weld on 1/2” and 3/4” plate, including fillet and butt joints
• Produce strong, smooth, non‑porous welds with good penetration
• Perform flat, vertical, and overhead welds
• Fabricate metal components using jigs and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Operate plasma cutters, acetylene torches, and other fabrication tools
• Use basic math (fractions, angles, measurements) for precision work
• Weld in various positions including kneeling, lying down, and overhead
• Operate shop equipment such as fork trucks, overhead cranes, power tools, and hand tools
• Maintain accurate production and material records
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately

• MIG welding experience (hands‑on or formal welding school)
• Ability to weld mild steel and some stainless steel
• Experience welding thick material (1/2” – 3/4”)
• Ability to read blueprints
• Comfortable working in a fabrication / weld shop environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
